GRANDIFLORA CHRISTMAS COMPETITIONS 2024: TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. The Grandiflora Christmas Competitions ("Competitions") are being run by Grandiflora Proprietary Limited ("Organiser/we/us/our").1.2. Each person entering the Competitions ("participants/entrants/you/your") and/or accepting any prize in terms of the Competitions, agrees and accepts that the Competition rules as set out in these terms and conditions ("Rules") are binding on him or her.
1.3. The Competitions consist of four separate competitions: - Competition 1: Online Shopping Competition - Competition 2: Atterbury Pretoria Store Competition - Competition 3: Sandton Store Competition - Competition 4: City Deep Store Competition
1.4. Copies of these Rules are available online at www.grandiflora.co.za ("the Website").
2. COMPETITION PERIOD
2.1. All Competitions commence on 1 November 2024 and close at 23:59 on 30 November 2024 ("Competition Period").2.2. Winners will be announced on 1 December 2024.
2.3. No entries received after the end of the Competition Period will be considered.
3. WHO CAN ENTER
3.1. In order to be eligible to enter the Competitions you must: 3.1.1. be a legal, permanent resident or citizen of the Republic of South Africa;
3.1.2. be in possession of a valid identity document with a 13 (thirteen) digit identity number;
3.1.3. be 18 (eighteen) years old or older on the date you enter;
3.1.4. be a natural person; and
3.1.5. not be barred or disqualified by any authority from participating in the Competitions. 3.2. You are not eligible to enter these Competitions if:
3.2.1. you are a director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of the Organiser;
3.2.2. you are an immediate family member of any of the persons specified in clause 3.2.1; or
3.2.3. you are a supplier of goods or services in connection with the Competitions.
4. HOW TO ENTER
4.1. Competition 1 - Online Shopping Competition:
4.1.1. Make any purchase on www.grandiflora.co.za during the Competition Period 4.1.2. Automatic entry upon successful purchase completion
4.2. Competitions 2, 3, and 4 - Store Competitions:
4.2.1. Visit the relevant Grandiflora store (Atterbury, Sandton, or City Deep)
4.2.2. Take a picture with your favourite holiday item
4.2.3. Post the picture on Instagram or Facebook
4.2.4. Include “#GrandifloraSandton” / or “#GrandifloraAtterbury” / or “#GrandifloraCityDeep” in your post
4.2.5. Tag @Grandiflora
4.2.6. Follow Grandiflora's social media accounts
4.3. Entry requirements:
4.3.1. All entries must comply with these Rules
4.3.2. Social media accounts must be public
4.3.3. Posts must remain visible until after winner announcement
4.3.4. One entry per person per store competition
4.3.5. Multiple online purchases qualify for multiple entries in Competition 1
4.4. No automated entries will be allowed. Entries must be made manually by a natural person.
5. THE PRIZES
5.1. The following prizes are available: 5.1.1. Competition 1: R5,000 Grandiflora shopping voucher
5.1.2. Competition 2: R10,000 worth of Christmas décor plus setup (Atterbury)
5.1.3. Competition 3: R10,000 worth of Christmas décor plus setup (Sandton)
5.1.4. Competition 4: R10,000 worth of Christmas décor plus setup (City Deep)
5.2. Setup services are only available within a 50km radius of the relevant store.
5.3. Shopping vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
5.4. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
6.1. Winners will be selected by random draw on 1 December 2024.6.2. Winners will be announced on Grandiflora's social media platforms and contacted directly.
6.3. Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification and provide required documentation for verification.
6.4. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be drawn.
7. GENERAL TERMS
7.1. The Organiser may amend these Rules at any time without prior notice.7.2. ***By entering the Competitions, participants indemnify the Organiser against any claims relating to their participation.***
7.3. The Organiser is not responsible for any technical failures affecting entry submission.
7.4. Winners consent to the use of their names and photographs for publicity purposes.
7.5. The Organiser's decision regarding all matters relating to the Competitions will be final and binding.
7.6. The Competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram or Facebook.
7.7. The duration of these Competitions may be extended or curtailed at the sole discretion of the Organiser.

8. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
8.1. By entering the Competitions, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information for purposes of administering the Competitions.8.2. Your information will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Grandiflora's Privacy Policy.
